All residents must provide 60 days notice in writing. Your tenancy ends on the last day of the final month of the lease, or rental period if on a month to month basis. For example, if notice is given on April 12th for a monthly tenancy, the move out date is June 30th.

Failure to provide payment on the first of the month is considered a non payment of rent. A Form N4 (Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non Payment of Rent) can be issued by management and may further ensue eviction.

All maintenance requests must be submitted in writing. Please fill out a Maintenance Request Form and place it in the Management Box in your Building Lobby. While unexpected events may occur, we strive to have a response to all our residents within two business days. For faster turnaround, our online submission tool is monitored regularly.

Paying your rent is very easy and we accept multiple payment methods including post-dated cheques, email money transfer (EMT), money order, certified cheques, and pre-authorized debit. Please note, we do not accept cash as a method of payment at any of our properties.

Rent is due on the first of every month.

In some cases, a guarantor, usually a parent/guardian/family member, may be required to secure your lease agreement. While a guarantor does not occupy the unit, they do agree to take joint responsibility for the lease agreement and pay the rent if the tenant(s) fail to do so.

Yes, ID is required to verify that the applicant on file is who they say they are.
